A Special General Meeting is being held on Wednesday 15 October at 6pm at the clubrooms.  This is to have the new Constitution approved by its members.  Copies have been sent to all members for their consideration.  The new Constitution contains all the new requirements under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and has been approved by a solicitor who deals with these new Constitutions.

Please be seated by 10 to 6 so the meeting can be started promptly.  If you cannot attend please sign the apologies list at the clubrooms or email the secretary with your apology for inclustion on the list.
